Greg Daulton is our Lead Pastor and has been since 2007. He and his wife became believers in 1985 and he has been leading churches in Washington and Idaho since 1990. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries from Northwest University and has authored one book, Godsick, and is working on several others.

He loves teaching, history, playing basketball and soccer, reading and board games. He could eat salmon three times a day for the rest of his life, and he still thinks Petra is cool. And yes … he thinks Captain America is the greatest superhero (you can try to debate him, but it won’t do you any good).

Dave Yoder is our Community Life Pastor. He was born in San Jose, Costa Rica and grew up with parents who dedicated their lives to pastoring and missions with the Mennonite church. He graduated from college in 1985 with a BS degree in Health and Physical education. Dave developed a passion for teaching skiing during college. Dave served on the board for MRCC and has pursued a passion for small groups and relationships for many years. “I’m not sure exactly when it happened, but somewhere along my path, I fell in love with my church family. It became so much more than just my church! and just people.” It is my deepest desire to foster a sense of community, where no one ever lacks for acceptance, compassion, love and belonging.

Weston Buck is our Worship Pastor. He loves expressing God’s power and love in various creative ways, but especially with music. He leads worship most weeks at MRCC. He believes worship is a lifestyle, and music is a bonus. He and his wife Stacie were born and raised in Reno, NV. They have been married since 2012 and love their dog (Brandy) and cat (Benjamin). Weston & Stacie joined our team in 2018. They enjoy music, games, nature and "all things Disney."

Allison Aaby is our Children's Pastor. Allison and her husband, David, have been a part of the MRCC family since 2015, with their three children (Kiley, Carson, and Tyler). They love being together in the great outdoors; camping, hiking, swimming, inner-tubing on grandma’s boat, picking berries, and riding bikes. They welcome opportunities to share in these experiences with your family as well. Allison has an Undergraduate Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from WWU, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from EWU, and is Licensed through the Assemblies of God.

Michelle Cuadros is our Children's Pastor. Michelle has been involved in Children’s Ministries for over 22 years and has a desire that kids understand the love God has for them and the purpose He has for their life. She and her husband, Mario, have 3 sons – Mateo, Nico, and Daniel. The family enjoys having the time for game nights and movies (especially Star Wars and Marvel). 

Janae Graham is our Early Childhood Director. She has lived in the Enumclaw area and has been attending MRCC since 2015.

She loves to cook, take photos of her food, work with children and working on creative projects. She also loves her puppy, Luna.

Janae is currently taking steps through Global University to obtain Certification & License to be a Children’s Pastor

Tyler has grown up at MRCC and has served everywhere from kids ministry to the media team. He and his wife have been married since 2017 and have two dogs. As a family they love to hangout together outside, spend time with extended family and (mostly this) pile onto the couch for a movie night. Tyler loves to play video games and watch more Marvel movies than Weston.

Brent Smith has been a member of MRCC since 2012, and is our groups Pastor. He has a passion for teaching everyone how to understand the Bible, and loves to spend time with his wife, Heather, doing just about anything! If you see him you can make fun of him for being a huge nerd or for being home-schooled. Brent is a licensed Assemblies of God minister.
